Holding of 61 acres ideal for stud use

A FIVE-MINUTE drive from the coast, a 61-acre farm at Prospect Hall, Kinsalebeg, Co Waterford, would be ideal as a stud farm, says auctioneer and TV racing commentator, Brian Gleeson.

Mr Gleeson says Prospect Hall is one of the best, most productive farms for sale in the area for some time.

With a mixture of tillage and grassland, the property is a non-residential holding, and is part of a larger enterprise being sold because it is surplus to requirements, says Mr Gleeson.
