COMING on the market this week with auctioneer John Hodnett is a 35 acre, non-residential holding at Munnane, Church Cross, Skibbereen, which comes with 28,899 gallons of milk quota.

Lying north of the main Skibbereen to Schull road, the property, in two natural divisions, is laid out in pasture and it’s good quality grazing land for the most part, says the SWS Property Services agent.

The Munnane land can be sold entire or in two lots - of 18.5 acres with 15,300 gallons, and 16.5 acres with 13,500 gallons.
