Ireland: Teagasc has announced the appointment of Belinda Walsh as Quality Customer Service Officer. She will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service in its research, advisory and training activities.
Walsh to lead farmers’ action plan

Belinda will lead the development of an action plan for all Teagasc services to farmers, the food industry and other clients.

The plan will set minimum standards and will involve regular client surveys to establish satisfaction levels.
