Bid close to €1 million

A 98 acre farm at Ballyglass, Grenagh, was withdrawn at close to €1m by selling agent Brian Olden of Cohalan Downing and Associates, at auction last week.

The sale drew a large crowd, the agent said, but bidding failed to reach the guide price of €1.2m. However, negotiations are ongoing and the agent has received a bid close to €1m since the auction.
