Taoiseach to open food conference

TAOISEACH Bertie Ahern will officially open the Fianna Fáil agricultural and food conference in Birr, Co Offaly, tomorrow.

Agriculture and Food Minister Mary Coughlan will deliver the key note address while ministers of state Mary Wallace and Brendan Smith will also speak on the theme of Agriculture and Food - Meeting the Challenge.
