Kerry Group expands in Britain

For an outlay of £124 million (E179.2m) Kerry has expanded its chilled ready meals business through the acquisition of the Noon Group.

London-based Noon develops and produces Asian cuisine meals and snacks, mainly for British multiple retailers and was founded by Sir Gualam Noon who saw the opening in the market nearly 20 years ago.
