Two West Cork land parcels on the market, one with sea views
The first is a one-acre site which is zoned for low-density development in the village, which carries a price tag of €400,000.
This coastal area has very good quality agricultural land, he says, and is renowned for its new potatoes.
The agent is also selling 28 acres within a mile of the village, and expects keen interest from hobby farmers.
This land isn’t cheap, at a guide price of around €20,000 per acre, but Mr Galvin believes that strong demand will see it sell at this level. An elevated piece of land with sea views, it has a mile and half of road frontage. Laid out in paddocks and with mains water, the land is all in one block. It’s one of the finest pieces of land around, says Mr Galvin.
The property is being sold by private treaty.
