This land isn’t cheap, at a guide price of around €20,000 per acre, but Mr Galvin believes that strong demand will see it sell at this level. An elevated piece of land with sea views, it has a mile and half of road frontage. Laid out in paddocks and with mains water, the land is all in one block. It’s one of the finest pieces of land around, says Mr Galvin.
The property is being sold by private treaty.
