Oliver’s Cross guide price is €50,000

THE guide price for the 51-acre holding at Oliver’s Cross, Mallow which we covered here last week is €50,000 per acre, not the €500,000 an acre given in our report.

On offer through Niall Cahalane of Cahalane Skuse, Cook Street, Cork, the land is just outside the Mallow residential zoning area.

It has a mile of road frontage, and is laid out in five divisions of excellent, level pasture ground, said Mr Cahalane.

It goes to auction on July 14.
