Banter has taken all the fun out of craic

Going from station to station on a long car journey
Going from station to station on a long car journey

I’VE been doing a good bit of driving this past while, chiefly the Cork-Dublin-Cork-Dublin road. The bit of my elbow between the ‘elbone’ and the funny bone has taken on the shape of the sill of the driver’s door. The floor is covered in Double Decker wrappers.

Getting angry at the lack of human interaction is just counter productive

THE bank queue is getting restless. It soon becomes apparent that the woman at the counter has a complicated arrangement. The staff member she was dealing with has left to go off into the mysterious back of the bank.
