Driven by rapid technological advancements, AI has the potential to revolutionise industries and ways of working, promising increased efficiency, productivity and economic growth. 

Nevertheless, as AI, automation and other digital technologies continue to transform industries, an urgent need has emerged for upskilling initiatives to ensure Ireland’s workforce remains competitive and adaptable in an evolving market. Without proactive measures, Irish workers risk falling behind.
