EPS merges with KSM to form ProStrategy

Noel Shannon, Managing Director of EPS and Joe Kelly, Managing Director of KSM have announced the formation of ProStrategy, which combines the Business Intelligence Software business of EPS with the Software Development and Accounting Solutions business of KSM.

The company will have its headquarters in Dublin.

ProStrategy will continue to develop and support the EPS customer base with software solutions from Business Intelligence software vendor Cognos and Pilot, a pioneer of the Decision Support Software market.

ProStrategy has also signed a partnership agreement with Navision, a global provider of business management solutions, which has recently been acquired by Microsoft Business Solutions.

The former KSM consultants will provide the expertise to implement the mid-tier accounting solutions from Navision, and the new ProStrategy team will provide a fully integrated ERP and Business Intelligence system combining Navision with Cognos.

The new Board of Directors will comprise Joe Kelly, Noel Shannon, who will take responsibility for Sales and Marketing, and Jim McDonagh who was formerly Business Solutions Director of KSM.
