SkillSoft and SmartForce have announced the closing of the merger between the two companies, the combined entity to be known as SkillSoft.

SkillSoft and SmartForce have announced the closing of the merger between the two companies, the combined entity to be known as SkillSoft.

Shareholders of both companies approved of the merger on Friday 6 September 2002.
