Irish Facebook users first to test Stories feature

Irish users of the Facebook smartphone app will be the first in the world to test the company’s new Snapchat-like Stories feature, as noted in an article from TechCrunch.

Both iOS and Android users in Ireland can now try out the new feature, which allows users to share photos and videos with friends without posting the content to their timeline or newsfeed.

Facebook Stories includes camera effects such as frames and masks, and all content expires 24 hours after it's posted.
