Niantic preps Pokemon Go update

Pokemon Go developer Niantic is currently prepping the game's next major update which is said to feature Shiny Pokemon, customer choices and more.

Pokemon Go developer Niantic will release a new update for the augmented reality game in March, according to an article from Mobile & Apps.

The Pokemon Go Gen 2 update is expected to contain a whole host of new features, including new gender options for Pokemon, costume choices plus the arrival of Shiny Pokemon.

In addition, the update will contain new move sets for certain Pokemon.

It is not known exactly when in March Niantic is expected to release the new update, but we’ll keep you posted as soon as we have word.
