We don’t know what to make of David Ayer, we liked him first because he wrote the script for Training Day, the he directed The End Of Watch, which was fantastic, then he did Fury, which was great, apart from the ending then he went on to the Suicide Squad which was a disaster.

So where do we stand with him, plus there was all of the weird stories about him saying and doing things to the cast of Suicide Squad to get a performance out of them that was strange.

But surely there is greatness in him still though right?

Well Warner Brothers seem to think so as it appears him and standout performer of the Suicide Squad, Margot Robbie are spinning off into another film, based on the ‘Gotham City Sirens’ comic book series.

Comic book fans will know that the Sirens comic book stars Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy and Selina Kyle herself Catwoman. The comic is so much fun and follows the three anarchic ladies around DC’s darkest streets where they get up to all things.

The fun thing about this comic is that all of these characters play villains in Batmans rogues gallery but the most enjoyable parts is when they team up together to fight off bigger bad guys, as some thug who tried to mug a young girl found out the hard way when the three sirens taught him a lesson he won't soon forget.

The comic has proved very popular amongst comic fans and is a great female empowerment story that isn’t just a remake of a film that used to have men in it, because we are bored of that gimmick.

Hopefully they do it justice(no pun intended) but if Margot Robbie is anything to go by, this film will be fine.
