Sony Xperia XZ Z6 Gets Android 7.0 and Other Tech Specs

It looks like the Xperia XZ Z6 will be the first non-Google phone to run Android 7.1.1 Nougat.

The features of the new firmware in will allow you to work from two apps at the same time as well as work on more than one window at a time. You will also be able to share media files like video or audio clips, while the new update will also improve security.

It is also rumoured that the release will allow users to send GIF’s with their keyboards.

This new update will be rolled out to a long list of other Sony phone’s afterwards including but not limited to: Xperia X Compact, Xperia Z5 Premium, Xperia Z5 Compact, Xperia Z4 Tablet.

The Sony Xperia XZ features a 23 MP with triple image sensing technology and a 13 MP front camera. It has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 64 bit Quad core processor, water resistant design, 5.2 inch full HD display with a curved glass, and utilizes the USB Type-C.
