Niantic Disappoint With Pokemon Go “Announcement”

We already spoke about the big Niantic event last week and what we expected from them, we thought we were close and had given you good information. We apologise as we got your hopes up far more than they should have.

Niantic needed to start bringing players back to Pokemon Go and everyone including us expected something big from this announcement, but what we got rather was just a handful of new pokemon.

Of course the internet went into its usual self-deferential melt-down with the announcement.
