HBO Mini-Series 'Big Little Lies' Trailer is Full of Stars and Impending Doom

Big Little Lies is based on Liane Moriarity’s best selling novel about three mothers of children in the same class in primary school, but rather delves into the unravelling of their perfect little worlds.

As is often the case, the equilibrium of the perfect world is offset by the newest arrival to the area, a young mother played by Shailene Woodley.

The mini-series is boasted too by an amazing cast including but not limited to Nicole Kidman, Reese Witherspoon, Laura Dern, Alexander Skarsgard, Adam Scott, and Zoe Kravitz.

The trailer itself shows a nice progrssion from a nice idyllic life with some occasional snide comments and back-biting to a world spiralling out of control.

Big Little Lies comes to HBO February 19th and hopefully Sky Atlantic shortly afterward.
