It's been rumoured for a good long while but we finally have official word that Michael Keaton will be playing Vulture in the upcoming Spider-Man Homecoming.
Finally Michael Keaton confirmed as Vulture in Spider-Man Homecoming

Marvel boss man Kevin Feige confirmed the news in a casual way while talking to The Toronto Sun about the new villains of the Marvel-verse:

"We’ve had a wish list and most of them in the near-term are coming together. Cate Blanchett is playing Hela in Thor: Ragnarok. Michael Keaton’s Vulture in Spider-Man is something. And of course, finally, we’re showcasing Josh Brolin’s Thanos (in Avengers: Infinity War). We’re looking forward to that very much."

No big deal, they can get pretty much whoever they want for these roles now. Although Keaton did appear to drop out of the film last year before coming back on board. Maybe he was a bit wary about getting back into this comic book world.

You'll see him face off against young Tom Holland as a teenage Peter Parker when Homecoming hits cinemas in summer 2017.
