Deadpool 2 composer leaves too

Deadpool was a whole heap of fun, so we're naturally looking forward to seeing what they can do with the sequel. Or we were, until things started to crumble a little.

First director Tim Miller officially left the project. He was one of the driving forces behind getting the first film made, and his visual effects expertise made the relatively low budget feature look like it cost considerably more.

He's out due to 'creative differences' with star Ryan Reynolds and now the production has lost another major play in composer Junkie XL. Here's the message from his official Facebook page:

It's a message which certainly gives us pause as we get an idea of how much Miller brought to the table, direct from one of the creative minds which helped to make the original film so memorable.

We'll have to wait and see how this all pans out for a proposed release in 2018.
