Game of Thrones season 7 leaks have begun

Game of Thrones season 7 won't be out until the middle of 2017 but the episodes are already being planned and shot so inevitably spoilers are emerging.

This means that you might be about to learn things which you would rather discover for yourself in due course in the plotting of HBO's massive penultimate season. If so, you'll want to stop reading now.

We'll give you some soothing-ish music to decide.

SPOILERS REIGN FROM HERE...

Fan site Watchers on the Wall has learned about a cool new filming location in Spain at the Santiponce - which is an ancient Roman ruin. That should make for an interesting moment in the show, and the length of the filming there suggests some significant sequences.

Now, the rumour continues to suggest that this area will be playing the Dragonpit in the show- an area near King's Landing when the Targaryens used to house their dragons- when those great beasts were still a common sight.

The latest information suggests that Daenerys herself will be appearing at this location, which isn't a massive surprise though it does confirm her proximity to King's Landing for the first time in the series. And insiders from the production team have said that she'll be meeting with Ser Davos and Brienne of Tarth there.

That's a heck of a collection of some of the best characters in the show, and also a suggestion that there may be an alliance, or at least some kind of accord, brewing between the Starks and the Mother of Dragons.

We'll learn more next summer.
