Did you ever have a bad experience dealing with Apple's customer service?

If the answer is yes, did it make you feel like wandering through a store with a steel ball smashing handsets? If yes again, are you this guy?

He wandered in and started smashing handsets and a Macbook with a steel ball that's used in the street game of Boules.

In case your French isn't up to scratch, Mashable reports he's saying the following:

"Apple is a company that 'violated' European consumers' rights. They refused to reimburse me, I told them: 'Give me my money back'. They said no. So you know what's happening? This is happening!"

There's no further word on what happened to the fellow, or if he ever got to return his iPhone.
