New Google phones will be revealed October 4

Google has plans to bring back their own branded smartphone range, and they're going to be shown off very soon.

The Google Nexus range of handset has been all about bringing high quality at a reasonable price, but they've never captured much market share. Which probably doesn't bother Google much as they're set to announce some new additions to the lineup.

A teaser site has appeared over here which shows the outline of a phone, a date of Octobre 4th and a Google symbol. It's a pretty clear sign of what's to come, and you can sign up with your email address to get the news as it happens.
