Now it's time for that massive globl process to hit Ireland, so that potentially faulty units can be returned for a shiny new phone.

Firstly, Samsung has confirmed that the new battery cells have been independently tested and are fault free. They're also implementing a software update which will limit the battery charge of the older model to 60 percent. That update is happening in Ireland this week, starting on the 21st of September, 2016.
