Xbox Destiny fans won't be getting DLC soon

Being a Destiny play on Xbox has never been easy, mostly because a deal between Activision and Sony saw exclusive content being offered to PlayStation folks. And that's not about to change.

Xbox Destiny fans won't be getting DLC soon

The major expansion pack Destiny the Taken King released in late 2015 and has some DLC packs locked into the PlayStation ecosystem until 'at least fall 2016.' Now it seems the powers that be have decided to extend that period to 'at least fall 2017.'

Of course they own ths content and can do whatever they like with it but the fact remains that Xbox players have paid the same for these expansion packs and just aren't receiving the same attention. By the time this DLC is unlocked, most will have moved onto the full on sequel Destiny 2 which is due in late 2017.
