Telltale issues fix for Batman's PC release

Telltale Games has released a PC patch for its new Batman series, which it hopes will alleviate player woes.

Since its release on Tuesday, fans have flooded Steam with negative reviews, reporting a series of technical issues, including poor frame rate and an array of glitches.

Telltale has countered with the update and added that many of the issues reported arose because players were running the game on integrated graphics cards rather than dedicated, or were the result of out of date drivers. It reminds players to ensure that their drivers are up to date before running the game.

This update automatically defaults the game to run on dedicated graphics card, and adds graphics settings to enable selection of Higher Performance Textures or Higher Quality Textures (it says to select Higher Performance if performance is an issue).

Batman - The Telltale Series will soon release on Mac.
