Keanu Reeves says John Wick 2 will be even more badass
He was chatting to IGN about the new feature, including some mentions of how the action will be even more incredible than the first film. "if the first one was a black belt, then this one is third degree black belt. It’s such a fun project and a great character."
Considering how kick ass the first film was than it's hard to imagine where the action can go from there, we're just hoping it remains more or less grounded. And a slightly bigger budget certainly wouldn't hurt. The star want on to talk about the other actors he's working with this time around, including Laurence Fishburne. The pair famously teamed up in The Matrix Trilogy as Neo and Morpheus so we can't wait to see their reunion, plus Reeves had some nice things to say about the talented actor: "He plays such a great character in the piece and he brings of course humour, intelligence, charisma and fascination – he’s such an incredible actor and it was a pleasure to work with him again."
John Wick Chapter 2 will take our hero to Europe to track down where he works to track down more evil folks so he can shoot them in the head. It's set for release in February 2017.
