Get a VR headset with your Happy Meal in Sweden
That's definitely the attitude of McDonald's, which has started giving away free virtual reality headsets at its outlets in Sweden. From the 5th to the 12th of March 2016, 14 outlets in the country are loading up Google Cardbord style headsets in a very clever way - the Happy Meal boxes themselves turn into the goggles!
A little cutting and folding is all that is needed, and you get the added benefit of wearing something on your head that tastes like those french fries you really shouldn't eat as often as you do. These goggles work with your smartphone so they dont need any more advanced tech, and you can try the whole thing essentially for free.
