Living legend Angela Lansbury was in Dublin at the weekend to take part in a public interview as part of the Audi Dublin International Film Festival

The great Angela Lansbury was in Dublin at the weekend to take part in a major public interview about her life as part of the Audi Dublin International Film Festival. The 90 year old star of Murder She Wrote accepted a Volta Award from Enda Kenny for her contribtion to the arts and met her adoring fans at the venue.

It's great to see the actress being honoured in a week which also brings Italian star Cladia Cardinale to town to collect a Volta of her own - that's taking place at the Light House cinema in Smithfield on Tuesday the 23rd of February from 6pm. Richard Gere will be about on Friday for the premiere of his new film Time Out of Mind and Brit director Ben Wheatley is introducing his latest High-Rise tonight at the Light House cinema at 8pm.
