LG shows off official G5 case

LG is yet to unveil the G5, but we've a pretty good idea of what it'll look like thanks to the announcement of the official case.

The official LG G5 Quick Cover case protects the upcoming handset in semitransparent mesh metal. According to LG, the Quick Cover uses a unique film and glossy metallic finish for a smooth and luxurious look to complement the LG G5, so that gives us some idea of the finish of the G5. As previously revealed, the G5 will feature an always-on screen so you can see the time and other notifications at a glance, which explains the major opening on the front.

Like the LG K10 Quick Cover View, the G5's cover will let you swipe to answer calls without having to open the case, which should make things a bit more convenient.
