In a world where action cinema is increasingly filled with ridiculous amounts of CG, it's great to find a show that wants to do it for real. Find out how new movie Point Break captured some of the most breathtaking surfing action ever filmed in this behind the scenes video.

That looks pretty nuts, especially when you consider the fact that not only do the stunts have to be performed but someone it also has to be shot by utterly demented cameramen. The film itself isn't so much a remake of the 1991 action classic with Keanu Reeves and Patrick Swayze but more of a film in the same spirit, embracing the idea of extreme sports as part of a series of heists.

It looks like essential viewing for action fans - when was the last time a film was just pure action, without any superheroes to worry about? - and stars Luke Bracey, Edgar Ramirez, Teresa Palmer and Ray Winstone. For extra credit, it was directed by a man who is actually called Ericson Core!
