Watch awesome action short from The Raid director

It has been a full five years since a Welsh fella called Gareth Evans made a little action film in Indonesia called The Raid - and pretty much created the best action movie of the decade.

The Raid 2 followed in 2014 but things have been pretty quiet of late, as Evans has made the move back to Wales and he doesn't seem to have any features in production. Frustrated with his lack of filming, he invited action guys Yayan Ruhian and Cecep Arif Rahman over to his home where they conceived and shot an awesome sequence in just a few days with a crew of three.

Check out the video below, which was partly created to see if the team could stay within the bounds of a PG-13 rating.
