VIDEO: Behind the scenes on Batman v Superman

There was new footage from Suicide Squad yesterday and today we're getting a whole lot more from upcoming comic book film Batman v Superman.

It's a behind the scenes look at the film, including comments on how it connects to Man of Steel and the reasons behind the antagonism between these two powerful characters. Check it out.

This is a pretty interesting videos in a lot of ways, not least because it delves into the background to lay out some of the complexities of the film. The promotion thus far for Batman v Superman hasn't been overly effective - we hadn't learned much about the motivation of the characters or even seen much in the way of significant spectacle. It's good to hear from the likes of Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck as they try to get into these iconic roles.

Batman v Superman is in cinemas in March 2016.
