Google Street View is a pretty amazing thing, and the latest update lets you explore the isolated ruins of Petra.

It's totally that place from the ending of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade!

Google has just added more than 30 historial sites in Jordan to its Street View service, which lets you explore and look around in every direction. The experience is captured with a complex system of cameras worn by explorers - like a backback version of the Google Street View car.

There are some incredible sights to see, including the Roman ruins of Jerash, Mount Nebo and the Dead Sea.
