iPhone 7 may be out earlier than expected

Apple used to release the iPhone earlier in the summer, often in June or July, and may revert back to this schedule with the release of the iPhone 7.

iPhone 7 may be out earlier than expected

The iPhone 7 will be released earlier than September, according to AppleInsider's "reliable source." This unnamed person said that Apple hopes to finish and launch the iPhone 7 earlier than in previous years. AppleInsider maintains that this person has previously provided accurate information about Apple's plans.

Apple may not be the only major smartphone manufacturer altering its plans. It has been reported that Samsung is pushing up the release date of its next flagship to find a perfect window between Apple's launches. The iPhone 7's release may ultimately depend on if Samsung goes through with this plan.

The source didn't specify when we'll see the iPhone 7 so we'll have to wait and see for now.
