Jack Black is back as Po - a giant talking Panda with mad Kung Fu skills who finds his birth father again after many years

If you've somehow missed out on the Kung Fu Panda series so far, you're in for a real treat. They combine gorgeous imagery with surprisingly emotional stories, fun vocal performances and - in our opinion - some of the best action set pieces ever created in animation.

Seriously, they're kick ass.

So we're delighted to see the franchise is continuing with a third movie and that it looks like its set to continue the great mix of the previous films. Here's the latest full trailer.

Po has a new family connection and a new mission, with the strong character arc continuing through the films as he moves from a kung fu fighter to becoming a teacher. It's great to see elements of the previous films pay off and another pretty scary baddie, voiced by JK Simmons. The final fights to date have honestly been better than most summer event movies.

Jack Black is back as Po and he's generally speaking a lot less annoying in a voice role. Other returning folks include Angelina Jolie, Dustin Hoffman, Jackie Chan, Seth Rogen and Lucy Lui. Newcomer Simmons is joined by the great Bryan Cranston as Po's dad Li Shan and Kate Hudson is also in the mix.

Directed by Jennifer Yuh Nelson and Alessandro Carloni, Kung Fu Panda 3 is in cinemas in March 2016.
