Do you want some new footage from The X-Files TV show revival?

You got it!

I'm going to say what you're already thinking - that badge flashing scene is just exactly what we want to see from these new episodes. Otherwise there's a lot of fast cutting and not a lof of new information, though there is a quick glimpse of Joel McHale's character who we're hearing will be very important in this new arc. And check out Mitch Pileggi's Walter Skinner, who looks in great shape and sports a scruffy beard really well.

These teases aren't going to be revealing anything much in terms of the plot, they're designed to be both fan service and get new audiences interested in what The X-Files might be. And this footage serves that purpose very well indeed.

Look for new episodes in January 2016.
