Home Free meets Kickstarter goal – play as a dog lost in a big city

Home Free lets you walk a mile in a dog’s paws; you are a dog lost in an unfamiliar city, trying to survive and find your way home.

The game from Kevin Cancienne has just reached its Kickstarter goal of $50,000. Now, attention turns to its stretch goals, which include a new city area at $65,000, NPC cats at $80,000, and more difficult to animate dogs such as Corgis and Dachshunds at $100,000.

Backing Home Free for $13 will get you a digital copy of the game and its Dog Park multiplayer spinoff, Dog Park. Some backers have splurged, pledging $950 so that their dog will be playable in-game.
