Disney Fantasia Live comes to the Bord Gais Energy Theatre

All the magical music of Disney's Fantasia comes to Dublin live with the RTE Concert Orchestra at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre

Disney's Fantasia is one of the most visually astounding and musically brilliant movies ever made, with the original presentation unleashed in cinemas all the way back in 1940. And now you can see this masterpiece back on the big screen where it belong with a live score by the RTE Concert Orchestra!

For one day only, Fantasia will come to the Bord Gais Energy on Sunday the 17th of October at 3.30pm and 7.30pm as a special Fantasia Live in Concert experience. This includes footage from the original release of the film and the 2000 update, remastered in incredible 3D and projected onto a massive 48 foot screen.

This show has never come to Ireland before, and will give audiences old and young alike a chance to see the incredible imagination and creativity in a unique setting. See Mickey Mouse as he gets into some bother with broomsticks and wonder just what special medication the animators were on when they put together the dancing animals and tutu-wearing hippos.

It really is an amazing spectacle, and the live score will only make it more ravishing for those in attendance.
