VIDEO: Take a tour of Xbox One's redesigned dashboard

There’s a completely redesigned Xbox One dashboard on the way. In a new video from the Xbox YouTube channel, Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb and Xbox Eningeer Richard Irving go through it in detail.

It’s a comprehensive video that previews the new UI in depth. Immediately, things look completely different. There seems to be more information on screen than before, content is more quickly accessible, and the UI just seems faster in general.

The new Xbox One UI takes inspiration from its predecessor. It now features the Guide, letting players see certain things at a glance, like their friends list, party management and more, by double-tapping the Xbox button.
