VIDEO: Bridge of Spies trailer 2 - Hanks takes a hit

Bridge of Spies is the incredible true story of an American lawyer who travels to Berlin to negotiate for the life of a prisoner of war.

It sees Tom Hanks reuniting with Steven Spielberg after The Terminal and Catch Me if You Can. One of those movies was decent. Here's the second trailer for Bridge of Spies.

If you want to up the game of your trailer, all you have to do is give Mark Rylance a half decent monologue and watch him run with it. He's a mesmerising presence with an impossible voice and we're betting he steals some scenes here.

Otherwise its pretty familar fare for both leading man and director - a normal bloke gets into an abnormal situation and things probably work out in his favour. It's been a while since the prospect of a Spielberg film was something to be majorly excited about and that's not changing here. Though his next is a take on the BFG starring a motion capture Rylance as the giant himself. That might be truly special.

Bridge of Spies premieres at the New York Film Festival in October 2015 and goes on general release on the 27th of November.
