Amazing Marvel-themed PS4 and Xbox One consoles up for auction

If you’ve been looking at your PlayStation 4 or Xbox One of late and thinking that they look a little boring, you’ll be pleased to hear that there are a couple of custom made Marvel-themed consoles up for auction.

Modder Eddie Zarick has created PS4 and Xbox One laptops themed around Iron Man and Captain America, respectively. And they look spectacular.

Zarick wrote that the Iron Man PlayStation 4 laptop was “built from the ground up with Tony Stark in mind." It features an Arc Reactor (which lights up when the system is powered on), red and gold armour, and a Jarvis-style design with a built-in tablet on the inside.

Meanwhile, the Captain America Xbox One comes with the distinctive shield design (which also lights up when the console is turned on), star-shaped vents, and gorgeous Captain America colouring.

Zarick said that these creations took him “much longer” than some of his previous creations. He said that these represent some of his best work to date.

Unlike some of his other work, these were not created for clients. As a result, he has put them up for sale on eBay.

Both auctions end on September 12th. They won’t come cheap though; the Iron Man PS4 currently stands at $1,025, while the Captain America console’s current bid is $1,075.
