iPhone 6S will be fatter than iPhone 6 and have always-on Siri

The iPhone 6S is just hours away from being announced, but there’s still just enough time for a couple more rumours to emerge.

A new leak indicates that the iPhone 6S will be fatter than the iPhone 6. This rumour has been circulating for a couple of weeks now, but specs posted on Weibo seem to confirm it.

A Weibo user claims to have seen the placeholder pages for Apple’s upcoming flagship. They say that it listed the iPhone 6S’ dimensions as 138.2 x 67.6 x 7.1mm. This would make it slightly longer than its predecessor and 0.2mm thicker.

The second rumour is in regards to Siri. Apparently, Apple’s digital assistant will always be on, waiting for users to call upon her. Apple’s teaser ad for today’s event came with the title “Hey Siri, give us a hint,” so we’ll certainly be hearing something about her today.
