Play Metal Gear Solid V on your birthday for a cool surprise
Metal Gear Solid V The Phantom Pain is a really, really big game. There's tons of content, huge areas to explore and people to kill or whisk away to the Mother Base. And buried in all of that there's also a moment when the game asks you what your birthday is. And if you happen to be playing on that date, something pretty cool happens.
Obviously enough this is a spoiler, especially if your birthday is coming up soon.

That's pretty cool, though we don't see why we can't have a smoke on our birthday.
Apparently you get a message in game saying you have to rush back to Mother Base before this happens. The Phantom Pain is a game which tricks you in to having an actual surprise birthday party, right in the middle of a massive campaign of war and violence and luring enemies in with graphics on a cardboard box.
Never let is be said that Hideo Kojima was lacking in ambition or imagination.
