One of the highlights of the film was undoubtedly Vision, played by Paul Bettany.
He’s a late addition to the group and no one really knows what to make of him, and we’re willing to bet he’s going to have a big part to play as the stories continue.
Especially as he seems to basically have god like power.
And that’s against actual gods!
Bettany has been in the MCU since 2008 as the voice of JARVIS - that’s Iron Man’s robo-butler - but was lucky enough to be able to do it all from a recording booth.
As Vision, he had to get a little more hands on. Here the actor talks about the process of suiting up as a superhero.
The makeup is very impressive, especially as its applied so quickly, and Vision really has a very unique look next to the rest of the crew.
Partly that’s because he is a totally unique being and no doubt Whedon wasnted him to really stand out.
Vision, and Bettany, will be back for Captain America Civil War and we recently found out that he’s going to be siding with Iron Man in that debate - supporting the regulation of superheroic powers in the wake of the events of Age of Ultron.
It’s going to be a pretty intense conflict with a huge roster of characters duking it out while a new villain rises in the background, played by Daniel Bruhl.
Age of Ultron is on home video on September 14, 2015, Civil War is in cinemas in May 2016.
