Satellite Reign is out now - get a launch day discount
Kickstarter has helped to bring another classic game back with the launch of Satellite Reign.
It’s said to be a spiritual successor to the 1993 title Syndicate and comes from some of the same developers, now assembled under a new company called 5 Lives Studios.
You control a team of four agents in a far-flung, neon infused city.
They’ve each got special and unique skills like hacking, sneaking and shooting things a lot and you’ll have to use every available option to progress through the games’ large open world enviroment.
And sometimes you’ll just say ’screw it’ and shoot everything. Or at least that’s what we do...
After years of development, delays and some time spent in Early Access, Satellite Reign has finally achieved a full release and comes to PC, Mac and Linux today.
It’s available from a number of vendors but the best price right now is on Steam where you can pick it up with an early 20 percent discount for only €23.99.
Here’s the latest trailer.
The early reviews for the game have been strong, praising the graphics and presentation and the massive freedom of the open world where you really can play however you like.
We’re working on a review at the moment and we can definitely confirm this is one big and deep strategy game.
Satellite Reign is on PC, Mac and Linux now.
