VIDEO: New Scooby-Doo animated movie confirmed

Warner Brothers has officially confirmed that an animated Scooby-Doo movie is in development.

The movie, based on the original cartoon by Hanna-Barbera Productions, will be produced by American Hustle’s Charles Roven and Richard Suckle.

Family Guy animator Dan Povenmire is also involved as executive producer.

The original animated TV series Scooby-Doo: Where Are You? was created by Hanna-Barbera and first aired in 1969.
