VIDEO: Check out a super-violent clip from American Ultra

In upcoming action flick American Ultra, you will believe Jesse Eisenberg can kick ass.

As evidence - check out this clip which shows some over the top action that is pretty violent. You have been warned.

It’s nice to see a long shot in an action scene - even if the bloodshed is CG-assisted and there’s a pretty clear moment when Eisenberg hands off to a stuntman.

Still, there’s a definite lack of fully fledged action movies out there in the world today and American Ultra actually has a pretty cool set up of a total stoner loser who is actually a secret agent.

The cast is surprisingly good too considering the B-movie nature of the thing, including Eisenberg and Stewart as a couple as well as Topher Grace, Connie Britton and Walton Goggins.

Bill Pullman is also in the mix and we honestly can’t remember if he’s been in anything since Independence Day in 1996. Oh he was totally in The Equalizer...

Nima Nourizadeh is the director here, following on from raucous comedy flick Project X. This has more shooting in it.
