Average Irish person checks their phone 40 times a day

How often do you check your phone during the day? According to a survey from Ignite Research the average Irish person checks their phones 40 times a day.

That’s the average, which means there are some who do it more often. The survey found that one in ten check their phone every ten minutes.

The survey was conducted by Ignite Research on behalf of new phone network iD, which will launch this year. 1,000 people were surveyed.
