VIDEO Go behind the scenes on Sense8

Sense8, from the Wachowskis (The Matrix, Cloud Atlas) has just been confirmed to be getting a second season on Netflix - which is great news for fans of ambitious sci-fi stories.

To celebrate the news, an all new behind the scenes video from the production of the first season has been released, showing the very down to earth tools which were used to bring this fantastical tale to life. Here's a sneak peak at the video.

It's slightly hilarious to see see all the in camera ways they used to transition from one character to the next, especially from a duo who have made their name on massive CG-assisted blockbusters. But its all part of the ethos of the show, which also shot in real-world locations around the globe to tell a story that's more about the real people and how these powers effect their lives than massive explosions of digital effects.

There's no confirmed date for the second season os Sense8, which has yet to start shooting, but we hope to have more soon.
